Quick Veggie Slaw
Ingredients:
| • | 1 (16 oz.) package broccoli slaw |
| • | 1 Red Delicious apple, chopped |
| • | 1 green onion, chopped |
| • | _ cup apple cider vinegar |
| • | _ cup apple juice |
| • | 1/3 cup sugar |
| • | _ teaspoon salt |
| • | _ teaspoon pepper |
Combine broccoli
slaw, apple, and green onion in a large bowl.
Combine vinegar, apple juice, sugar, salt, and pepper, stirring well.
Pour vinegar mixture over slaw mixture and toss. Serve immediately, or cover
and chill.
