Quick Veggie Slaw

Ingredients:

1 (16 oz.) package broccoli slaw
1 Red Delicious apple, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
_ cup apple cider vinegar
_ cup apple juice
1/3 cup sugar
_ teaspoon salt
_ teaspoon pepper

Combine broccoli slaw, apple, and green onion in a large bowl.
Combine vinegar, apple juice, sugar, salt, and pepper, stirring well.
Pour vinegar mixture over slaw mixture and toss. Serve immediately, or cover and chill.
