Whole egg Two egg whites
Cream Evaporated skim milk
Oil Applesauce
Creamed soups Reduced fat creamed soups
Whole milk cheese 2% milk fat cheese or low fat cheese
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate 3 TBSP cocoa powder
Mayonnaise Reduced fat mayo or plain yogurt
Sour cream Reduced fat sour cream or plain yogurt
